We provide staff augmentation, project delivery, and software products to organisations across India, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom. Our services involve matching engineering and data professionals with client organisations, and operating software platforms including OpsBridge.

2. What Data We Collect

Form submissions

When you contact us, register interest, or submit a candidate profile, we may collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Company name and job title
• Role requirements and hiring context (for client enquiries)
• CV or LinkedIn profile URL, skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations (for candidates)

Website and technical data

Our website host, form processor, and providers used to deliver website assets may receive technical request information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website and form submissions, including:

• IP address, browser type, and operating system
• Access time, referring page, and request or security logs

If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics may also receive device, browser, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction information. Names, email addresses, companies, CV details, and free-text form contents are not intentionally sent to analytics.

Third-party sources

In the ordinary course of recruitment, we may collect publicly available professional data from LinkedIn and job boards. We only collect data directly relevant to matching candidates with specific roles.

3. Why We Collect It

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

Legitimate interest

B2B prospecting, identifying organisations that may benefit from our services, and matching candidate profiles to relevant opportunities — where our interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Contract performance

Delivering staffing and project services requires processing personal data to fulfil our obligations to clients and candidates under service agreements.

Consent

Where you have opted in, we may send email communications about relevant roles, services, or company updates. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@systembender.com.

4. Who We Share It With

Formspree

We use Formspree to process form submissions on our behalf. Formspree acts as a data processor and handles data in accordance with their privacy policy and GDPR commitments.

Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts to deliver website typography. When a page loads, Google may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details to provide the font files.

Google Analytics

If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics processes website measurement information for SystemBender. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalisation, and Google Signals remain disabled.

Clients

Candidate data (name, CV, professional background) is only shared with a specific client organisation when the role has been clearly identified and the candidate has given explicit consent for their profile to be submitted for that role.

No sale of data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party. Ever. Your information is used solely for the purposes described in this policy.

5. How Long We Keep It

• Enquiries and contact form submissions: 2 years from the date of submission
• Candidate profiles: 3 years from the date of collection, or until you request deletion
• Financial records: 7 years (the legal minimum under applicable accounting regulations)

When data reaches the end of its retention period, it is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Your Rights below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Objection: Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest

7. Jurisdictions

SYSTEMBENDER operates across four regulatory environments. We apply the requirements of the applicable law in each jurisdiction where we process personal data.

The website stores your analytics preference in browser local storage so the choice can be respected across pages. Google Analytics does not load or transmit measurement data unless you select “Accept analytics”. If you decline, the analytics tag remains blocked.

When enabled, analytics is used to understand aggregate visits and improve website journeys. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalisation, and Google Signals remain disabled. You can review or change your choice at any time through “Analytics settings” in the footer.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure:

• HTTPS is used throughout this website and in all form submissions
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis
• We use Formspree for form handling, which is GDPR-compliant and uses encrypted data transmission

No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to individuals, we will notify affected parties promptly and take all appropriate remediation steps.
