In house Group legal team struggled with 100s of contracts a day from their subsidiaries, suppliers and clients. Reviewing them collaboratively with the various functional teams was taking a long time affecting contract signing and business operations.

SystemBender built the AI model and app for the first review of the contract following which the app disseminates the various parts of the contract to the internal teams (sales, finance etc) as required. The results are collated and reviewed by the legal team and the process is repeated until the document is finalized.
